Hello!

I'm Steven

About Me

Howdy! I am Steven Chhan.
Yes with two H's.

I am a UI/UX Designer in Southern California. I operate as a senior level designer at a FinTech company. My team and I are responsible existing and future ERP, eCommerce, and CRM products. I also contribute to frontend work - utilizing ReactJS, Blazor, HTML5, and raw CSS/SCSS.

I work closely with product owners, developers, and the design team. Our focus is to create the best and most consistent user experience for our B2B products. My role is to design, prototype, and optimize UX while following corporate design guidelines. After the design process is complete, the team and I annotate the requirements for development handoff. Depending on the project, I will also step in and help implement the designs on the frontend code. In addition, I lead and mentor junior designers on the team.

Outside of the work, I love traveling, photography, automotive, technology, sports, and - last but not least - spending time with family (wife and no kids, just two dogs).

You can check out my LinkedIn and resume below.
